BILLY KERSHAW

After completing my Masters Degree in Design Innovation at Manchester Metropolitan University I have been working as a freelance User Research Consultant. Throughout my masters degree I have gained experience of planning, conducting, analysing and communicating user research throughout a product development life cycle. I have gained experience of qualitative and quantitative user research methods including product testing, interviews, surveys, contextual workshops and focus groups.

Experienced working within a multidisciplinary team, working with designers, product owners, developers and other researchers. After working in Graphic Design I have applied my practice to problem solving, specifically to clear communication of complicated project outcomes. This gave me the ability to translate research findings into specific prioritised recommendations.
